- Press 1 – Balance – use this option if you need to speak to a Billing coordinator with questions about your current balance
- Press 2 – Payment Only – use this option if you want to make a payment ONLY
- You can also make a payment by clicking the “Bill Pay” option at the top of our website
- Press 3 – Infusion Department
- Press 1 – if your infusion is ordered by a Provider outside of AARA
- Press 2 – Infusion Scheduling – if you need to schedule, cancel, or reschedule your Infusion appointment
- Press 3 – Status – if you need to check status on an infusion that has already been ordered
- Press 4 – Leave a message for your Doctor – if you have a clinical question for your Care Team
