Sarah Kaplan, PA-C

Sarah Kaplan earned her undergraduate degree in social sciences and philosophy at Colorado State University in Ft Collins. She also studied at UC Berkely, taking courses in human anatomy, physiology, and chemistry. She then attended UC Davis at the Sacramento School of Medicine in N. California, becoming a Physician Assistant in 2005, and has since remained board certified. She has practiced medicine in various fields for 20 years, ranging from surgery and hospital service, primary/urgent care, outreach and health education, geriatrics, and women’s health, as well as running a rural health center in Zambia, Africa during her time in the Peace Corps. She enjoys doing medical missions around the world, bird watching, cooking, reading, relaxing with her pets, and traveling with her husband.
