I was born and raised in Tucson, where the vibrant desert landscape shaped my love for outdoor sports and activities. Whether hiking through the rugged trails of the Sonoran Desert or exploring new ways to stay active, I’ve always embraced a lifestyle centered around movement and well-being. This passion naturally led me to an interest in holistic medicine, where the focus extends beyond treating symptoms to nurturing the whole person. I strongly believe in the patient-centered model, which prioritizes individualized care, empowerment, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit in healing. My goal is to merge these passions to promote a more balanced, comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
